Korean-born Chef Ki Kim of the Michelin-starred Meteora of Los Angeles is traveling north to Santa Rosa to join The Flamingo Resort for a month of elevated cuisine inspired by a nostalgic admiration of his Korean heritage.

Kim started his culinary career as a sushi chef, working his way up at Matsuhisa in Aspen before staging in various fine dining hotspots, including Benu in San Francisco and Kojyu in Tokyo. Kim has also put in time at NYC establishments such as Jungsik, Atomix and Blanca. Kim is passionate about sharing nostalgia of Korea through food using local ingredients.

Dining at The Flamingo Resort’s LazeAway Club are available from October 4th to October 31st
